Other than Basil (rain_chivalry), the other two are Al (alchemicsoul) and Ryoji (deatharcanaxiii).

Being an agent works like a possession. Your character can fight it, but they have no say in what they do or don't do. It is possible to break free, especially as the week gets closer to ending, but it'll be too difficult at first.
The Queen's agent that possesses your character has access to their memories and feelings, so it's entirely possible for them to go undetected by most for a while by acting "normal." How you handle it, stealthily or not, is up to you!

Have fun terrorizing the population. ♥

This has taken so long that most of the people who were waiting for it aren't even here anymore, but the Kunpuu revamp is finally finished. The once-annoying comm layout isn't the only thing that's changed!

First of all, the character limit is being adjusted a little! It's still set at ten, however the number of characters you can have per canon is updating for some people.
Popular canons like Final Fantasy still have their limit at two, however if you are apping from a less-known/popular canon, you may now have up to three characters from that canon.

In other news, there will be an activity check next weekend (2/7)! If you haven't been commenting on the newer entries or posting any of your own, you will either get taken off the lists or messaged, depending on how long you've been gone and whether or not you posted a hiatus.

Also, headmod Ren says that work on the new storyline is going well, so hopefully we'll have more to do and a more involved story soon. Apologies for the major lull that's been going on!

With there being only four days left until Christmas, the island has completely changed over the course of Sunday night. The palm trees are covered with Christmas lights, as are all the buildings. The weather is still tropical as it should be, so instead of snow, there are bubbles floating down from the sky...

Odd weather aside, you might also notice that there are presents scattered everywhere throughout the island. And while your first thought may be to rip them open despite that "Do not open until X-mas" label, be careful! There's a catch to opening presents early. If a present is opened anytime before the 25th, whoever opened it will get hit with a random negative/inconvenient status effect.
This effect is up to you and can range to anything from de-aging to losing one of your senses. If you can't decide on an effect, or don't care what you get hit with, drop a note and a random one'll be given to you. All effects will wear off the morning of 12/26, at which point you'll finally get the gift you were meant to~ The gift too, varies from person to person. It'll be something that has meaning to your character, or maybe just something familiar/nice from home, depending on their personality and how likely they are to get attached to things.


Of course, since it is the holidays, some of you might be away visiting family and such. If you miss this event, but still want to have fun with it, just make a note when you post that its backdated to the time of the event. We'll all pretend it was on time. ♥

Do you have any secrets you're keeping? This event is all about the truth--though the way truth comes out is up to you.

In this event, truths will come out, good or bad. Maybe it's just how you really feel about another person, or perhaps something more physical. It could even turn out that what is revealed is only a truth according to yourself (for example, how Tsuzuki is at times convinced he's a destructive monster when not everyone else thinks of him that way).
During this event, until July 3rd, your characters must be completely honest in what they say and do. Withholding the truth (even if it's just skipping over it instead of twisting it into a lie) won't work out at all, because you'll just end up blurting out what you really mean.

So there you have it, have fun! I probably left something out as I have to leave soon (but was determined to post this first) and thus am in somewhat of a rush. If there's any questions, leave a comment and I'll get back to ya ASAP. ♥

It started out as a dedication of sorts to dropped characters, and then it kind of...snowballed.

For the next week, that is from 6/8 - 6/15, you will be borrowing a trait from someone. Not a personality swap exactly, as your character will still be themselves. They'll just have an added trait or two.
From who, you ask? Well, that depends. Who's most memorable to you? The first person you met when you arrived here? Someone from back home? Or, first person you happen to see passing by/think of?
If you want it to be randomized/don't care who you get, that's an option too--just comment saying so and I'll hook you up. If you don't know the character very well, you can ask me or their mun for some help in choosing a trait. Don't worry about choosing the same one as someone else either--doubling up is fine~

As far as traits, they can be physical (like Yuiko's cat ears), or personality-oriented (like Flonne's +10 obliviousness defense against Gig and his sarcasm or Kariya's laziness laid-back lifestyle). You can have one of each, two of one type, or just one if you like. Feel free to mix 'n match too--you don't have to get both of them from the same person. Whether the traits you adopt are negative or positive is up to you as well.

Okay. Now done to business. This event is probably going to be one of the longest ones. This time, Kunpuu will be performing plays!♥ DIRECTED BY YOURS TRULY, KUHN!PAPA. ;] Queen Azaria decided to build a theatre in the middle of the town in celebration of everything being back to normal. We will be doing three plays. Disney's Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast, and The Little Mermaid. Now, I've already discussed this to most of you guys in the chat. Each play is going to take awhile to do. So I'm not really sure how long exactly. There will be logs posted up for each practise. Have you ever been in the school play before? Ren has and I can say that we did a lot of stuff back stage. So it doesn't only have to be based on the play itself while in the theatre. You can goof off, dance like idiots, sing like a moron, do just about anything you want really. Although you must face the wrath of Kuhnie..BUT WHO CARES? 8D It's all about fun in this event~♥

Now as in every event in this rp, there's a twist. In all plays males play males and females play females. (Or if it's creatures, it doesn't matter. Ex: The beast, Sebastian, Abu, Genie) But in these plays, it's the opposite. Males are playing females and vise versa. Why am I doing this you ask? ISN'T THAT FUNNY? D8 OR AM I THE ONLY ONE THAT THINKS SO? Characters can react in any way they want. But do they have to do it? No they don't. There is an understudy to take their place. But keep in mind that Kuhn chooses his parts for a reason so you are needed. Plus he's just having fun with the parts. :P So don't worry.

Let's go to the understudies. Understudies are chosen the same way the originals are. Except they only perform when the original can't perform. Now this might change in how many times the play is performed. Usually plays are performed at least three nights, making the understudy perform once and the original twice. I'm going to have that on a vote to you guys. Since there will be an understudy, I think it's fair to give them one night to perform. Don't you think? I don't know. I'll leave that up to you guys to decide.

Now for roles. Some roles have been decided but there are understudies and costumes, props, stage manager, stage crew, etc.

This event will start this Saturday. This means that there will be auditions. Starting now, there will be fliers about the different plays. Some come on down if you want to participate. It's basically just like a real play. You'll be asked to read a part of the play from whichever part you're trying out for and sing a song.

That leads me to my next comment. If you have a singing part, do you have to sing? YES. There is no way out of it. But if you want to quit, go right ahead. No one is forcing you to do this. Buuut~ you'll be missing out on a lot of fun.

If you don't want to try out, then you can still be a part of the play. There is stage manager, props, costumes, lights, music, special effects, etc. They're even more important then the cast themselves really.

Ren is happy to announce the seventh event~♥ But unlike the last one, it's depressing and mind blowing.

Have you ever heard the story of the black pearl? Well, now you will. The Black Pearl (Thalassa) is the Pearl Queen's (who now has a name: Azaria) twin sister. She has been craving the throne for years now but can never match up to her sister. The two have been fighting for generations and could never get along. The queen has always managed to defeat her twin sister in any way possible.

But Thalassa has now returned to Kunpuu for revenge. She wants to take away what is Azaria's. And to do that, she's going to take it out on her citizens. Long ago, Thalassa once tried to use her own minions to defeat Azaria. But the queen was not very pleased at what they did to her beautiful town. She executed them one by one, slowly and painfully. Now, their spirits have come back to take over any body they can find.

Thalassa loves to destroy people. But she isn't stupid. She does it from the mind first. In order to make someone go crazy, you have to destroy their mind first and make them miserable. Who she chooses as her minion's vessels have a reason. She goes after loved ones so all of your family and friends are targets. No one is safe.

But there is another side to this. Azaria is not going to let her sister have her way with things. Once you are possessed, your real soul is replaced with Thalassa's minion. Azaria keeps your real soul in her palace beneath where you are safe. You and all the other victims are going to be in a white shell as you watch your loved ones being tormented and tricked by your bodies. So basically, you're character is two faced in a way. One of Thalassa's minion and that of your real soul. You can include the real character's POV in an entry, but no character can respond to it. It's dramatic irony. We, the muns know what's going on but our muses don't. They think that you are doing this to them.

Thalassa's minions have powers. But not enough to destroy the town. Neither of the sisters want that. When you are possessed, you have the ability to take away a sense of a citizen. Sight, hearing, speech, touch and taste. That will last until the event is done.

Now for the rules. There will be a limit of 8 possessed people. Your character can have two sides of entries if you want. One can be Thalassa's minion and one of your real soul in Azaria's palace. But keep in mind, no character can respond to the second one. No one knows that your character's soul has been stolen away. This event will last two weeks. It will start tomorrow on Wednesday April 16th to Wednesday April 30th. This is the longest event we have ever had because I want people to get active and have fun with this. Everyone loves drama and tragedy right?♥ Also, another reminder. This event might cause violence and anything beyond that. So make sure you rate your logs. Other muns should be aware of what they're about to read so please remember that.

Have you ever been in love before? The feeling is more beautiful then life can imagine. Although it is not always mutual, but it can give you what you want. Everyone wants to be in love..right? The gift is more valuable then gold, then anything precious in life. Embrace this gift that you are about to recieve because you'll never want it to be taken away.

Translation

All characters will feel happier and loving for the past seven days. If your character is a mean and cruel one, then they will be more positive and happy. If your character is single, then this event will make your heart soar and you have stronger feelings for one other character. It can be a crush or madly in love. Just make sure that the other mun knows what's going on. Let's not break the rules okay? And if you feel uncomfortable or unsure that your character will be OOC, don't worry about it. You're not going to get in trouble for it because I'm sure all of us will be in that situation. No one can predict how their character will react to this event. Just try to keep them IC, and if you're REALLY REALLY unsure, then just wing it. I can promise that you won't get in trouble. If your character already likes someone, then don't be shy to tell them how you feel. No one's going to bash you. :) If your character is already involved with someone, then the bond between the two of you will be stronger. You realize why you fell in love with this person. You feel like you're on top of the world.

The main question is: Why is this happening? Well, the queen is in a good mood. So much like the picture, there are now cherry blossom trees all around kunpuu. Instead of getting allergies (of course if your character gets allergies, that's definately okay xD;), you fall in love. Or you have a crush, feel happier then usual and etc.

Get your love a gift. These gifts are available at the Kunpuu Mall in the center of town and also around the park if you look hard. Now, the keyword is: flower. Different flowers mean different things. Here is a key:

Hello, little ones.~♥ This is your headmod speaking with good news. Everyone from the chat knows I've been wanting to do this so I finally did.

NOT ONLY IS THE NEW EVENT FINALLY HERE BUT THERE'S ALSO A NEW ADDITION.~

Kunpuu now has an onsen. It's exactly like a traditional Japanese onsen. Much like the Kunpuu hotel, it has rooms for renting. But you must have enough kayle~ It costs 300 kayle per person to stay one night. Very expensive. Of course, everyone knows that the onsen provides a hot spring. Which is basically a pool of hot water to relax in if you don't know what a hot spring is. It also has a public bath so DON'T FEEL SHY~!! Exotic rooms. These rooms are much bigger and oriental unlike the Kunpuu Hotel.

Just going to the hot springs is much cheaper by itself. Only 100 kayle per person. GET JOBS YOU LAZY BUMS. xDD

The Job Requests has been updated. Characters are allowed to get jobs at the Kunpuu Onsen. The number of janitors and maids can definately increase. This is just to start things off.

NOW FOR THE EVENT.

Have you seen dead people? Well you do now. Spirits and ghosts have found their way to Kunpuu. How did they die? Nobody knows. Some were victims of the pearl queen's wrath. Their spirit lives on to tell the tale. Talk to them. They don't bite. But they sure do scream. Do they look scary? HELL yeah. Some of their heads can come off, they can take off body parts and everything. They can go through your walls and watch you when you sleep as they whisper sweet nothings into your ear. Keep in mind that these ghosts and spirits are EVERYWHERE. There is NO escape.

This event will be much different then the others. It will start tomorrow and will last seven days. So it will be from Sunday on March 9th to Sunday on March 16th. I felt bad leaving you guys with no event so I want this one to be a long one for everyone to pway with. :3

So how excited were you when you read the title? FOURTH EVENT FTW 8DD Now there are only three words that Ren can say about this one:

BODY SWAP TIME

Pick a partner to swap bodies with. Maybe switch journals for three days or something? If you don't feel comfortable doing that then you don't have to. Using their character icons for a day for the event will work as well.

Now there are other things to know about this event. Your character doesn't have to switch bodies. But they must participate in the event. Talk to other characters. GET ACTIVE. The whole point of this event is to have FUN.

There's also another thing to know about this. If your character is switching with another, please post it here. Though you must talk to the mun first. God modding is against the rules so please make sure both muns agree to the switch. However you do it is up to you guys but just make sure you little ones have fun.~♥

This event will take place tomorrow and it will last three days. So it will start on Friday and end on Sunday. If you miss the event, late logs are definately acceptable as usual.

HALLO FELLOW KUNPUUERS! 8D This is Ren YET AGAIN I'M SORRY. DX I know you're all sick and tired of her. But I am here to announce Kunpuu's THIRD EVENT! 8DD

☆E D I T E D :: P L E A S E :: R E A D☆

This event is much like the first one but a little different. Instead of a traditional Japanese festival, this one is a Masquerade Ball. Each citizen is required to either wear a formal costume or just something formal. The most important part of a masquerade ball is a mask. And what I mean by that is not one of those icky masks for Halloween. But something like this.

Unlike the last event, this event will be one day only. But, again late logs are definately acceptable son. I know not everyone makes the events but if you can open any logs of the event. Just make sure that you put that it's on the day of the event like always.~♥

This event will take place on Monday. It will be in the center of town like the first event. Make sure all characters have a costume. I highly reccommend finding pictures and tell what their wearing.
